In this interview, Mr. Diagana emphasized the rare opportunities available to Mauritania in the field of energy. He discussed the possibility for the country to ensure universal access to electricity for all residents at an affordable cost. Energy is now a priority framework for the partnership between the World Bank and Mauritania.
