En utilisant des donn\u00e9es satellitaires du Global Solar Atlas et du Global Wind Atlas, int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;information g\u00e9ographique (SIG), les chercheurs ont pu estimer pour la premi\u00e8re fois le potentiel de production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne vert en Mauritanie \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e9olienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, la production annuelle totale d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 solaire varie entre 275 et 329 GWh\/km\u00b2\/an, avec le nord du pays, notamment les r\u00e9gions du Tiris-Zemour et de l&rsquo;Adrar, affichant le plus fort potentiel. En revanche, le sud et les r\u00e9gions pr\u00e8s du fleuve S\u00e9n\u00e9gal pr\u00e9sentent des niveaux de production moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne, les valeurs varient entre 28 et 108 GWh\/km\u00b2\/an, les r\u00e9gions c\u00f4ti\u00e8res le long de l&rsquo;axe Nouadhibou-Nouakchott \u00e9tant les plus prometteuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Ces donn\u00e9es ouvrent des perspectives passionnantes pour la Mauritanie dans sa transition vers les \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Avec des valeurs de production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne estim\u00e9es entre 5 428 et 6 272 tonnes\/km\u00b2\/an pour le solaire et entre 23 et 620 tonnes\/km\u00b2\/an pour l&rsquo;\u00e9olien, le pays dispose d&rsquo;un potentiel significatif pour devenir un acteur majeur de la production d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne vert en Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Plusieurs projets d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert sont en cours de lancement en Mauritanie, en collaboration avec des partenaires internationaux. Projet AMAN consigne, un partenariat avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 CWP Global, vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper 30 GW d\u2019\u00e9nergies solaire et \u00e9olienne, produisant ainsi 1,7 million de tonnes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert et 10 millions de tonnes d\u2019ammoniac vert chaque ann\u00e9e. Aussi, le projet Nour, en collaboration avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s Chariot et Total Eren, pr\u00e9voit la production de 10 GW d\u2019\u00e9nergies solaire et \u00e9olienne, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant 0,75 million de tonnes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert et 4,5 millions de tonnes d\u2019ammoniac vert. Un autre projet impliquant les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s INFINITY, MASDAR et CONJUNTA ambitionne de d\u00e9velopper 15 GW d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e9olienne, produisant 8 millions de tonnes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert chaque ann\u00e9e.
