Mauritania: The President of the Republic announces the construction of a new building to host the Higher Institute of Energy Professions

The President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani, announced the launch of a construction program for 3 new academic infrastructures, including a building to house the Higher Institute of Energy Professions, affiliated at the Ecole Polytechnique.
The institute was established in 2020 to form students in various fields related to oil, gas and renewable energy.
After 3 years of intensive formation and study, the first promotion of students will celebrate their graduation this year, receiving a professional bachelor’s degree.
